Learning Abroad Scholarships

There are scholarships available to Rutgers-Camden students planning to participate in a Learning Abroad or Study Away program. Scholarship awards range from $500 to the full cost of the program. The scholarship committee considers financial need, GPA, class standing, and short-answer responses.
Be sure to complete your Learning Abroad or Study Away application in addition to the scholarship application. Recipients must be enrolled in an approved Learning Abroad course to receive their award. Since a limited amount of funding is available, consider meeting with a financial aid counselor to discuss how your financial aid package can be applied to the Learning Abroad or Study Away course fee.
Chancellor’s Learning Abroad Course Scholarship The Chancellor’s Learning Abroad Course Scholarship seeks to aid students in international discovery by providing financial support for short-term travel that is a part of regularly offered semester-based courses at Rutgers-Camden. Students must be enrolled full time to be considered. Award amounts up to $2,000.
Haddonfield Rotary Club Scholarship for Veterans The scholarship is open to a student veteran at Rutgers-Camden participating in a Learning Abroad or Study Away program. This award has been made possible by the Haddonfield Rotary Club and is valued at $2,000.
