The Office of International Students & Global Programs has planned several events lined up for the Fall 2026 Semester:
- Learning Abroad 101 Session
- Monday, October 5, 2026 from 11:20 AM to 12:20 PM, Campus Center Executive Meeting Room
- Join Program Coordinator Cameron Cook to learn the ins and outs of planning your learning abroad experience. Representatives from Financial Aid, Office of Scholar Development & Fellowship Advising, and Student Academic Success will also be on hand to help you plan successfully. This is a great opportunity to discover the wide array of global opportunities that exist at Rutgers-Camden. From the planning stages to take off, we’ll be happy to answer your questions!

- Annual Learning Abroad Fair
- Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 12 pm – 2 pm in the Campus Center Multipurpose Room (MPR)
- An outstanding opportunity to visit more than 25 tables staffed by the OIS, Faculty leading their courses abroad, Rutgers Global Office, and vendors offering unique opportunities abroad for all Rutgers students. Raffle prizes drawn periodically throughout the fair. Don’t miss this event!
- Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 12 pm – 2 pm in the Campus Center Multipurpose Room (MPR)
- International Education Week (IEW) Monday, November 16 – Friday, November 20, 2026
- The Office of International Students & Global Programs looks forward to celebrating IEW. This is a wonderful time of the year for the entire campus to participate in their own unique ways with a deep appreciation for all things international. Join faculty, staff, and students during the week with special events showcasing the talents of our 200+ international students and spotlight on our many learning abroad opportunities.
- The IEW is a national initiative led by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, with a focus on the benefits of international education and exchange. IEW promotes cross-cultural awareness, curiosity, and knowledge through engaging activities, discussions, presentations, and exhibitions.
- The Office of International Students & Global Programs looks forward to celebrating IEW. - Join the OIS team once per month starting in October for “Spotlight: Destination [Country]” event. Stop by the OIS to enjoy snacks indigenous to our featured Learning Abroad destination and great conversation. Days and times will be announced well prior to each month’s events so check back routinely. Held at the OIS office at:
- 215 N. 3rd Street, Rm 112 – on the 1st floor in the Camden Towers Office
