Graduate Level Scholarships
International Chancellor’s Scholarship for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Students: All non-sponsored, international applicants admitted into the the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences are eligible to receive the International Chancellor’s Scholarship of $10,000 ($5,000 per semester).
Graduate School of Arts and Sciences applicants with GRE scores in the ranges below can receive an additional merit scholarship:
- 151-157: additional $2,000 (total scholarship of $12,000; $6,000 per semester)
- greater than 158: additional $4,000 (total scholarship of $14,000; $7,000 per semester)

Rutgers School of Business-Camden Scholarships for International Graduate Students: graduate scholarships are available to international students who have been admitted to the on-campus MBA or on-campus MSBA programs.
An official GMAT or GRE score must be submitted for any scholarship consideration.The scholarship amount will be determined by a holistic assessment of the application and submitted GMAT scores as follows;
- GMAT score 650 or higher: up to $6,000 per semester
- GMAT score 600 – 649: up to $4,750 per semester
- GMAT score 550 – 599: up to $3,500 per semester

Undergraduate Level Scholarships
International Chancellor’s Scholarship: Rutgers University–Camden will offer a scholarships of up to $15,000 to all non-sponsored, international applicants who meet admission requirements and enroll full-time. All scholarships are contingent upon meeting Rutgers-Camden’s admission requirements.
All non-sponsored, international undergraduate applicants are eligible to receive the International Chancellor’s Scholarship of $10,000 ($5,000 per semester).
First-year applicants with SAT/ACT scores in the ranges below can receive an additional merit scholarship:
- SAT 1060-1190 or ACT 21-24: additional $2,000 (total scholarship of $12,000; $6,000 per semester)
- SAT =>1200 or ACT =>25 additional $5,000 (total scholarship of $15,000; $7,500 per semester)
Transfer applicants with final GPAs in the ranges below can receive an additional merit scholarship:
- 3.0 to 3.5 GPA: additional $2,000 (total scholarship of $12,000; $6,000 per semester)
- 3.51 to 4.0 GPA: additional $5,000 (total scholarship of $15,000; $7,500 per semester)
International Chancellor’s Scholarship for Camden County College Graduates: Rutgers University–Camden will offer a scholarship of $10,000 ($5,000 per semester) to all non sponsored, international graduates of Camden County College who meet admission requirements and enroll full-time at Rutgers University–Camden or Rutgers at Camden County College Blackwood campus.
Applicants with final Camden County College GPAs in the ranges below can receive an additional merit scholarship:
- 3.0 to 3.5 GPA: additional $2,000 (total scholarship of $12,000; $6,000 per semester)
- 3.51 to 4.0 GPA: additional $5,000 (total scholarship of $15,000; $7,500 per semester)
#Youarewelcomehere Scholarship: Rutgers University-Camden is a proud participant in the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship program.
Rutgers-Camden offers two annual, renewable scholarships of $15,000 per academic year ($7500 per semester) to selected international undergraduate students dedicated to advancing intercultural learning and understanding at Rutgers-Camden.
Who can apply for the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship?
First-year international students who have applied to Rutgers-Camden can apply for the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship. All undergraduate academic majors and fields of study except Nursing are welcome to apply.
How do I know if I’m eligible for this scholarship?
There are a few eligibility requirements:
- You are a first-year international applicant to a participating college or university. An international applicant is an individual who holds citizenship in a country outside the United States and who does not also possess U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
- You attend (or have graduated from) a secondary school outside of the United States.
- You demonstrate interest and personal initiative in activities involving intercultural learning and exchange.
- You have completed the scholarship application and a 500-1,000 word essay or a 2-5 minute video describing your aspirations to conduct projects, research, employment or other experiences that will advance intercultural learning.
How can I apply for this scholarship at Rutgers-Camden?
Required steps to apply for the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship include:
1) Apply for admission to Rutgers University-Camden and submit all required application materials.
2) Complete our online scholarship application, including a 500-1,000 word essay or a 2-5 minute video describing your aspirations to conduct projects, research, employment or other experiences that will advance intercultural learning. Essays can be submitted with the online application.

When do I need to apply by?
Applications must be received by February 1, 2023 for the fall 2023 semester.
