The OIS will host it’s first Optional Practical Training (OPT) Workshop of the fall 2023 semester will take place on Tuesday, September 26th from 12:30pm – 1:30pm in the OIS conference room. Students interested in learning more about OPT should attend this workshop.
Students graduating in fall 2023 and plan to apply for OPT, must attend a workshop in fall 2023.
OPT is training that is directly related to an F-1 academic student’s major area of study. It is intended to provide students with practical experience in their field of study during or upon completion of a degree program.
